A note about our PPE Quality Assurance Process in the context of COVID-19

Since the start of COVID-19, we all find ourselves faced with a situation where normal business practices no longer seem to apply. Government/Hospital Buying groups/Large Distributors (PPE Buyers) are being asked to transfer large sums of money overseas (mainly China) in exchange for essential life-saving goods – with little or no guarantee of quality and/or prompt delivery. Evascience, acting as a PPE broker, has devoted time and effort to put together a robust supply chain to counteract these risks (see below for more details).

Our goal is to ensure life-saving goods will reach their final destination in a timely manner and according to the requested quality assurance specifications.

Evascience’s robust supply chain profile includes:

• Three teams on the ground in China with direct access to several recognized Chinese PPE manufacturers;

• Manufacturers must be FDA and/or ISO 13485:2016 certified and be listed on the CDC website;

• PPE’s will be sourced only under CE and/or FDA certifications and testing/conformity standards;

• All documentation/certificates and photos will be mandatory before firm PO issuance;

• Each team on the ground is culturally integrated and interact with Chinese manufacturers and/or government entities when required;

• Evascience’s capacity to deliver goods is supported by world-renowned SGS and by a Singapore stock-exchange listed South-East Asia Export/Import Corporation. The latter, with more than 40 years of expertise, provides a secure money transfer process via Hong-Kong banking, Chinese government relations and teams up with SGS on the logistics side to oversee safe delivery of the goods to final destination as per official PO instructions;

• Evascience shall make it possible for its customers to virtually inspect their goods prior to shipment.
