Jean Archambault, Owner

Jean is an accomplished and passionate industry leader with more than 39 years of experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical at the helm of small, mid and large size companies. Jean is result-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

In April 2013, he founded Expeco, a “one-stop-shop” of experienced business growth leaders and advisors, specialized in the commercial planning of complex/specialty drugs, sourcing of new revenues, brand plan development, execution of operational activities and budget planning.

Jean possesses a strong knowledge of the Canadian market, and he has built enduring relationships with numerous international key stakeholders for the past 25 years.

His accomplishments are numerous. He led several consulting assignments for domestic and foreign company, all impacting profit and equity growth.

Jean holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Sherbrooke (1984). He reconciles his professional life with family, sport and volunteer work activities. Jean is a proud father of five (5) children and three (3) grandchildren.


Pierre Cloutier, Managing Partner

Pierre is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 40 years of experience in different roles and responsibilities in sales, marketing, business excellence, external affairs both in pharmaceutical and nutritional business.

He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Canadian market supported by a strong European experience. In 2017, he joined Expeco as a Managing Partner.

He was instrumental in positioning Abbott and AbbVie to be recognized as a partner of choice within the Canadian pharmacy and distributor community. Throughout the years, Pierre has also established great collaborations with the Canadian retailers and specialty pharmacy providers. He worked very successfully at pre-launch and launch activities with major products in the Canadian marketplace, both in established and new markets.  

As Customer Excellence lead, he was instrumental in building a best-in-class organization under his leadership. He was deeply involved on a Western European Task team on Pharmacy and Adherence Strategies and was invited to speak at “Eye For Pharma” events on that topic in Philadelphia, Toronto, Geneva and Berlin.

Pierre holds a BSc from Laval University.


Ronald Krawczyk, Lead Advisor and Business Development

Ronald Krawczyk is an internationally recognized thought leader in the areas of pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices.

Over his career of more than 40 years in the healthcare industry, Ron has worked for many companies within the Top 40 Pharmaceuticals, including Rhone Poulenc, Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Arcola Labs, Centocor and Johnson & Johnson. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the US and Canadian market. In 2018, he joined Expeco as a lead advisor and business developer.

As Vice-President of Business Operations at Johnson & Johnson, Ron was responsible for the development and deployment of the J&J Channel strategy, inclusive of distribution services and trade partnership development for an estimated $18 billion in sales.

Industry leaders and experts actively seek Ron because of his rare cross-functional international experience in the field of sales management & operations, brand product management, global supply chain planning & execution and distribution & logistics.

He attributes his success to having developed close relationships and deep ties across the healthcare industry, as well as being a well-known healthcare professional with a high level of credibility and integrity.
